What This Site Offers
Case Value Assessment™ makes available an educational settlement-value calculator built on the multiplier method, reference content explaining our methodology and settlement data, and a pathway for connecting your case with an independent attorney for evaluation.
This Isn’t a Law Firm Relationship
Nothing about visiting this Site or using the calculator creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Case Value Assessment™, the Mid-Atlantic Law Project, Daniel J. Conidi, or any attorney with whom your matter may later be shared. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when a specific licensed attorney agrees to represent you and you enter into a separate written engagement agreement with that attorney.
Until such a relationship is formed, information you submit through this Site is not protected by attorney-client privilege
Consent to Contact and Sharing
If you voluntarily submit your contact information through this Site, you consent to be contacted by Case Value Assessment™, the Mid-Atlantic Law Project, and/or Daniel J. Conidi regarding your case, case evaluation, or related legal resources, by phone, text message, or email.
You also consent that your information and case details may be shared with one or more independent attorneys or law firms for the purpose of evaluating your case for possible representation or a free consultation.
This consent does not require you to retain any attorney, accept any referral, or purchase any legal services, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship with Case Value Assessment, the Mid-Atlantic Law Project, or any attorney unless and until a separate written engagement agreement is signed with that attorney.
Any referral or fee arrangement between Case Value Assessment and any receiving attorney is governed by applicable rules of professional conduct and
What the Calculator Can and Can’t Tell You
The multiplier method used in our calculator is a commonly applied approach that insurance adjusters and personal injury attorneys have relied on for decades when evaluating injury claims. However, the estimate it produces is only as accurate as the information you provide and the general assumptions it relies on. It cannot fully account for factors such as the strength of the evidence, disputes over liability, or the credibility of witnesses.
In practice, settlement outcomes are influenced by many additional variables, including the jurisdiction where the case is filed, the insurance coverage available, the parties involved, and how negotiations or litigation unfold.
For that reason, any result generated by this calculator should be understood as an informational starting point, not a prediction or guarantee of case value.
It’s On You to Verify
